Ripple Effect

Ripple Effect is a vibrant, all-women kayaking collective rooted in community, purpose, and adventure. We paddle both for the joy of the river and to raise awareness and support for the nonprofits, local businesses, and organizations that keep our Appalachian communities strong. With every stroke, we believe in the power of small ripples to spark meaningful change—because when women come together with heart and intention, the current carries farther than we ever imagined.

We offer paddling experiences to marginalized women in the hopes that they learn to captain their own boat.
